The Bon Secour Swift School Tract consist of 250 acres of blackwater floodplain forest and pine flatwoods opening into brackish, tidally influenced marshland. Located in Bon Secour, the property serves as a nature preserve and future recreation area.
The Bon Secour Swift School tract currently has no designated access point or recreational trails. The State Lands Division is in the process of developing a trailhead and an approximately 1 mile hiking trail loop. Hunting is not available on this tract.

From Foley, take State Highway 59 South 5 miles South to County Road 10 and turn right. Stay on County Road 10 for 2.5 miles and turn left onto Bon Secour Hwy. Property is 1 mile on the left.
